Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

All users utilize ZIA for internet security, DLP, and ZDX Addressed capabilities to get around non-proxy-aware apps from the old solution.

Pros

  • Accurate URL category mapping.
  • Firewall as a service.
  • User logs and reporting.

Cons

  • No regex capabilities.
  • Mitre mappings.
  • Positive. Able to remove other infrastructure no longer needed to support the VPN solution.
Easy to understand from a customer's point of view how it works or to restore service.
Further look into the Zero-trust product. Other vendors were not able to meet up or match.
