Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

Use it for a central pane of glass to monitor and control access. Provides the company with better insight into what is happening. Being able to see what users access from anywhere is helpful. Blocking users from malicious websites puts the entire company in a safer position for everyone.

Pros

  • Block gambling.
  • User metrics.

Cons

  • Simplify.
  • It can be slow when trying to pull up user logs.
  • Replace OpenDNS.
I find the user experience to be very positive. While it creates an inconvenience for users, the users understand the need for it. The single sign-on is excellent—lots of information in the logs.
Zscaler is best in class.

Zscaler Internet Access is well-suited for protecting users from accessing malicious or unapproved websites. Being cloud-based makes it very easy to maintain and deploy. The single seamless sign-on integration with Entra ID makes the experience very painless for the user. Logs can be overwhelming and slow to access.
