Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

Replaced web filtering on the firewall and openDNS with this solution. Zscaler Internet Access gave us the ability to see what users are doing both in the office and remotely.

Pros

  • No need to be in the office.
  • 1 agent.
  • SSL inspection.

Cons

  • Not a lightweight app when combined with ZPA.
  • An agent can pick a foreign data center when close to the border.
  • Installation was not smooth.
Once tuned, it works well.
It was a long time ago; I don't remember other products.
