Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

We use this for SSL Inspection and also help protect us from malware. This application enables us to keep our computers free from malware and other threats.

Pros

  • Reliability of the cloud for Zscaler.
  • Support the administrators of the application.
  • Fast response when we have issues or need answers to questions.

Cons

  • Easier interface on the menus so they don't disappear.
  • Help, I'm contacting support only through the ZIA portal, but I'm unable to use the link easily.
  • Mobile interface changes.
  • The searching function for the logs is tricky and challenging to use, and the menu always pops down when trying to find the proper function.
  • I believe this product has helped keep malware out.
Because it's easy to use and understand, and to help others understand, and to train them on.

It's suitable for easier access and quick to roll out. Not easy for developers.. Additionally, the help desk always advises us to bypass the domain or URL. Additionally, manipulating the PAC file can be tricky.
