I use Bigin an our CRM. We are a small business and one of our challenges was cost and efficiency. If the CRM was efficient then the cost was really high. Not the case with Bigin, we get so much value for an affordable price. We are able to measure and track the performance of our interactions with clients and see where we need to focus on.

I feel the first would be record keeping. Bigin is really good with this. Inside one pane of glass, we have all contact and business data. The record keeping is really helpful to make informed decisions. Then, i would say the automations from email to pipeline. This creates a new lead from emails received to a dedicated pipeline. It is very helpful to track new business.

We are a small business of about 10 people, and all of us are wearing multiple hats to work on different aspects of the business. 3 out of those are working sales (2 part time), and we often used to lose track of our leads and sales pipeline, phone number or contacts at different partner organizations or client, because everything was on spreadsheets on a cloud drive. Bigin by Zoho CRM offers simplicity and just the right amount of CRM feature for a small team like us, with the possibility of expanding to Zoho CRM afterwards if required.

If you are a small team that requires to enhance your follow-ups on leads and you're looking to centralize all the business' contacts information, look no further! But, if you are looking for a CRM tool with deep functionalities and integrations, then, maybe continue your research. Bigin by Zoho CRM will help you get started if you never had a CRM, but it will lack features and connectivity as the business grows. The good news, is that it's a cheap, well-versed CRM that can get you started, and then you can export to a bigger CRM in due time. I'm glad this solution exists for Smaller Businesses!

We use Bigin as a sales CRM. We have had challenges using excel when number of leads begin to be more, tracking sales pipelines and allocating task was not possible hence losing out on potential sales.

Using Bigin has greatly improved our sales management processes as we now ca create several pipelines and allocate tasks to different team members accordingly.

  • Deleted users still appear on account, its better they disappear once deleted.

I have started Zoho books service since log back till now I found that its very seamless experience, then recently I move to Zoho Bigin CRM to manage customer inquiry and its flow in proper manner, till now experience is very smooth , however we require to add whats app integration to take it on next level , I recommended to use it once it will surely add on productivity and result in your business.

I am a sales consultant and have been looking for an affordable and powerful CRM. I think Bigin fits this need very well. Very affordable but has the power to do the things I need to implement to create a great tool and increase the sales team's productivity. I insisst that the CRM needs to be a tool for the team to do thier job better and I believe Bigin is exactly what I was looking for.

I have been shopping around for a while or a CRM that could fit my small company. Bigin by Zoho CRM is a very versatile web based CRM ideal for any small company looking to integrate a hi-tech solution in a very easy and comprehensive way. Very steep learning curve, ease of use, at an affordable price. Excellent!

Bigin by Zoho CRM is ideal for any kind of sales teams, help desks, real estate agent, insurance agents or any independent professional willing to get a clear view of practice management. In my case, for example, with a consulting practice we benefit of a structured system that helps improve deal closing rates. It definitely helps small teams to keep the ball rolling.

This is the best CRM software available for small-scale companies. It can be used with inbuilt forms to automatically create leads and pipelines. Additional features like custom fields, custom domains, products, email templates, etc. are a very big asset to the CRM software. We have been using this to capture and process leads with very good integrations with WhatsApp, Zoho Mail.

Its great for small business owners and mom and pop shops who look into getting more of a relationship based business approach as to grow by creating trust as small businesses. It was mainly used in my organization for maintaining leads and Managing Sales. It has been used across my organization right from sales department to service department for afterservice purposes. All the data from the different social media platforms are moved to CRM. It has mainly automated the problems related with Excel.

  • Data extraction from different social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn.
  • It is quite easy for a new user, no training is required you are always ready to go with it.
  • The dashboard needs a bit of improvement and the user interface needs to be more user friendly.
It's available at a much lesser price as compared to other CRM's. The price per user is also much less as compared to other users. It's well suited for small businesses that need to move towards automating the manual process.

Recruit 50Plus uses Bigin to manage our clients, our strategic partners, and the deals we win (and lose). It is a great CRM for those who are not ready for the "big league" or want to get a feel for the power of a CRM. For us, Bigin is just perfect for the size of our business. We may move to Zoho CRM in the future, but we are in no rush.
  • Easy to use and operate as there are not "23 million" options, but still powerful.
  • Integrates with other Zoho products like Zoho Social, Campaigns and Forms.
  • Allows deals pipelines with fully customisable stages.
  • Share files, notes, emails, etc. between Contacts and Deals.
