I work in B2B SaaS sales, and HubSpot is perfect for managing all the different accounts and their stages in the pipeline. We're able to quickly tell what activity has been done with which leads and set tasks for following up. One of the best features is the ability to log emails into HubSpot from our Gmail accounts and listen to recordings of calls, so we never have to guess what correspondence has gone to a lead.
  • Customized Notifications.
  • Integration with other apps - Slack, Gmail etc.
  • HubSpot Academy.
  • Creating reports could be more straightforward.
Hubspot is a great place to hold all the information; if it ever goes down (which is rare), we would be completely lost as a sales team.

I use Hubspot as my primary tool. It tells me the sales calls I must make daily via the tasks board. It also keeps me organized by creating high, medium, and low-priority tabs. My organization assigns leads to these tabs. I can then manage my time effectively. I use it to make phone calls via integrations like Twillio. It is beneficial to log calls and record them as well. Overall, it's a great resource to keep all my notes for leads and call recordings in one organized place. I like the reports dashboard as well. It helps me track my call numbers daily and the meetings I've booked. The filters make it easy to select the times I want to view.
  • Calling and keeping a call log with recordings.
  • Reports dashboard with detailed filters.
  • Taskboard to organize time.
  • The Hubspot calling could incorporate more regions like Middle Eastern countries, for instance.
It's great for sales professionals like BDRs who make calls daily and need a place to track their calls. It's a good solution for incorporating analytics into your sales activities.

I use it in b2b and b2c deals, and all in all, so far, it's too good as we have different states and filters to track the data. We can segregate accordingly. The only problem I face is we can't segregate the date into DNP, not answering and not answering from the beginning. These stages are not there so at least we can keep the deal accordingly.
  • Deal stages if we have to compare what customer is doing.
  • And track the records of the day by the use of filters.
  • We have two views to view the data one is in stages wise and and one view all deals together that's what I like.
  • So, basically, if we create any filter and save it into a new sheet of CRM, it will automatically get deleted after a few days. This needs to be improved.
  • As I've mentioned before, deal stages can also be easier to access for DNPs, not answering ones, and on hold ones so that we don't have to call them again.
  • We can also improve the CRM part. Although it's still a bit complicated to understand at first, we can make it easy to use.
So there was a deal I was not able to find in all pipelines, basically in all deals view. Then I shifted it to a deals stages-wise view. It helped me understand how many deals I have in follow-up stages to keep following up on time. I will not miss any follow-ups, especially the ones that are very important to take. So that's what I like about HubSpot: they have views.

It's used as main CRM on a daily basis for adding accounts and general CRM hygiene. We used it as well for direct sequencing and outreach but that has stopped. We used to follow-up with tasks in the Crm as well but that has also stopped

We moved to Salesloft for outreach in Q1 2023 due to reporting not being strong enough for management.

  • Better UI/UX than Salesforce
  • Easy reporting
  • use of ease as general CRM
  • Reminder tasks
  • Customised reporting
  • Easier use of tiering accounting for outbound
  • better / different reporting on open / reply rates etc
Used Salesforce before

HS is more user friendly, and can act as a single source of truth. Although I've mainly experience with only the sales side of things and less so the marketing side of the platform.

Reporting is nice and easy regarding activity. There are more complex/technical reports relating to accounts and outreach that internally we haven't been able to work out in HubSpot so the team has moved reporting to Tableau instead of this

It began as just a sales tool for the two account managers and our direct management. It is now being used by customer service as well, and will soon be used by our whole company. It keeps communication relating to a client (especially if there are multiple involved) conveniently in one place. It also keeps us accountable with tasks.
  • Tasks: nothing gets lost based on memory alone.
  • Streamlined communication: each step of the process is captured in a single interface.
  • Email: I would like to see the message I am replying to on the same screen. Often I would like to comment directly on points of the email prior, but I currently cannot do that.
  • Merge: the OLDER first/last name properties should be kept, not newer as that is often just an alternative phone number. Very annoying to have to re-complete a profile.
I wish I could forward an entire email chain from Outlook into HubSpot. When I get CC'd on a long email chain with relevant information and documents attached, it is not very easy to transfer that to HubSpot and respond from there.

We use the whole suite of HubSpot CRM: sales HUB, service HUB and marketing HUB. All in the professional level.
The sales HUB has scaled a lot in functionalities for Outbound sales, integrating all the chennels you need as a sales rep for contacting the leads.
For us, as a SaaS company, is really great having the sales HUB integrated with the service HUB. Although, the service HUB is not the best, it takes care of the mayority of funcionalities you need to take care of your customers.
  • Sales Sequences
  • Managing tasks
  • Clasiffication of contacts
  • Phone calls
  • Service HUB
  • Coaching
HubSpot CRM is well suited for managing the whole customer cycle of your company. We are a SaaS company and it works great for us combining the outbound and inbound process, and having the customer success team working together with sales.
If you need sales sequences, integrated phone calls, customizable profile of contacts and companies, and a good pipeline manager, this will be great for you.
The price is a little bit high, specifficaly the Marketing HUB, which is really complicated to implement without a partner.

We use HubSpot to track our sales and renewal pipeline and see what deals are in what stages. We also use this in conjunction with our Marketing, as leads flow from our Hubspot-hosted website into our Sales funnel, and we track communication as the leads progress through the pipeline. We have automation in place that allows us to automatically assign team members tasks and send follow-up material to leads depending on their stage and length in the pipeline.
  • Lead tracking with custom stages.
  • Communication logging for all calls, website visits, and emails that are sent and received from leads.
  • Analytical insights about how deals are progressing in our sales funnel.
  • We are linking our renewal and customer success pipelines with sales pipelines after leads move to the won stages.
  • Creating custom sales dashboards based on meeting links are not easy or intuitive.
  • Reports take a lot of work to set up correctly, and sometimes, it isn't clear how to best generate reports based on how we've designed our funnels.
  • Sometimes the email tracking doesn't work for contacts which is frustrating.
HubSpot is well suited for companies that do not have a really complicated sales process and don't need a lot of customization in the tracking of their deals. It is not suited well for companies that need sophisticated analytical insights on their sales and marketing processes because it's not easy for anyone without any previous experience to set up and configure the funnel and dashboards to have any useful reporting style.

I use Hubspot to manage a lot of data and our clients and find its interface very user-friendly. The tracking of emails and notes is very helpful to me and helps me keep everything in one place, compared to making a ton of reminders elsewhere. The product helps a lot of my colleagues as well, but I use it more, and it helps me stay organized.
  • Database Management.
  • Email Sender.
  • Task List.
  • Ways to track % of sales made from emails easily.
  • Email pop up not always showing when setting a task.
  • Not the easiest to navigate, had to go digging for a lot of things I needed.
Managing over 200 clients isn't the easiest thing, so having Hubspot to help me track and manage these clients is very helpful. I can add notes, meetings, and phone calls to every client, which helps me from forgetting certain details. Being able to import data is very helpful as it is very quick and easy. I wish there was an option to set more than 100 tasks at one time and the option to delete exports if done wrong.

I use HubSpot CRM to create, and complete tasks, load contacts, load and review deals, as well as send out emails. It helps me understand and how and when to follow up with prospects. It also helps send tasks to management for estimate requests, and questions that the prospect has generated by tagging them in the notes.
  • Sorts Tasks
  • Tracks emails
  • Records and tracks call
  • Saves templates for easy use
  • The new prospecting view is not as detailed as the old view I used to be able to easily see my daily activity now I have to create reports
  • The auto generation of company phone numbers it not always accurate
  • The hubspot template library could be updated with more/different examples
HubSpot CRM is great for tracking daily tasks. You can sort them by different categories, Its also great for historical contact data. Calling from hubspot is not as quick as with some other Crms that I have used in the past. So for a rep that is required to make a lot of calls their are better crms imo for that.

HubSpot CRM is definitely user friendly. I enjoy the opportunities that CRM gives us and all the supporting background that is created as a Community and Knowledge Base.
  • Creates an opportunity to keep all necessary data at one place
  • Gives a great opportunity to nurture leads and generate Deals
  • Has plenty of integrational options
  • Prospecting page has to provide bulk addition and assigning options
HubSpot CRM is great for Leads generation, nurturing and closing.

I use it to receive leads and call them in a easy way. We can also record the conversations, asking people if they allow it. It is the fastest way to do sales conversations at the phone, without passing from google calendar or other typeforms that are more professional for companies but they are not for privates
  • Recording calls
  • Showing list of leads
  • Analysing report activities
  • ordering tasks in an easier way
  • notifications could be done better
  • call phone status could be automatic
It is appropriated if you have to do analysis about sales activities of your team, even though they work remotely, you can see what they are doing during their whole workday without the sensation of being spied. Instead, I would not recommend HubSpot if you simply want to organise calls with people because they are not listed

We use HubSpot to manage and track our leads, as well as HubSpot's different marketing channels, to reach out and communicate to our potential customers effectively. We use automation and sequences and thorough tracking of where we are in the sales cycle. We also use HubSpot to track our sales reps' productivity throughout the day to make sure we are hitting the metrics needed to stay effective as a sales department. We just started to use HubSpot to track our sales numbers on a day-to-day basis to show leadership the numbers that are coming directly from the team.
  • keeps our lead on track for our sales cycle.
  • manages our employees productivity.
  • reminds us of what to do next without thinking.
  • Its probably just me but I get contacts and companies confused and for lead assignment, if I assign a contact, it wont assign the company.
  • Texting, I wish we could text through the CRM.
I love HubSpot! I think it's better than Salesforce, and it's priced so that our small business can afford to use a CRM with so many features. I used Salesforce at a previous company where I was leading a team, and I find that HubSpot is easier to use.

I use HubSpot to keep track of interactions with prospects and existing clients. It's great for creating tasks and providing me with a list of tasks each day. There is a field for notes which is very helpful to jog memory in between meetings. For each call that I log, I can make notes, select who I reached and select an outcome from a drop down menu. It allows flexibility and customization in the fields that you see for your contacts. It's easy to use as well.
  • Set tasks
  • Log phone calls
  • Customize visible fields
  • Add an "unsubscribe" link in an email
  • Make it easier to switch between accounts
  • Set an alarm for specific tasks
As a volunteer I recently suggested HubSpot to keep track of all of the people showing interest in our organization. It's a great way for our team to have a centralized location for details about each person and also assign tasks to each other.

I use it to log and process orders that our clients purchase from our website. I am able to locate their main contact information, as well as to map accordingly the client's order data, such as invoice number, and link that into our in-house CSR database so it can be properly linked to the contact's information based on the order that the clients place on a daily basis. This allows me to also get in touch with them easier, by linking their phone number and email address, and either call them or chat with them directly.
  • Their UI is one of the friendliest I've ever worked with
  • The UX makes it impecable to work with several channels of third-party apps
  • Increase automation of linked apps to the CRM
It can let you to view better the way you organize your contacts per any other record attach to it; whether that's a company or target accounts that you can be able to customize.

We use the HubSpot CRM to be out single source of data truth, and to help keep our notes and collaborations centralized in one place. It also acts as a source of information for data analysis, and progress monitoring. Most importantly we specifically use it to manage our pacing and full sales pipeline, along with some plugins to track emails and log/make phone calls.
  • Hierarchy of attributes is logical and intuitive
  • Logging integration with Gmail runs smoothly
  • Highly customizable fields
  • The back button in a browser does not take you to where you just came from, which feel disjointed
  • No obvious native functionality to keep data records clean
  • Sometimes logging doesn't include all areas that you expect it to automatically
HubSpot is a highly versatile tool, and is best suited for organizations that maintain good data practices and that have relatively good data health. It's customizable to a fault if you are a new organization who doesn't have established practices to save you from yourself!

I live by my tasks. It helps me make sure I follow up when I say I will (both time and date). I'm able to segregate my tasks by time zone which helps me being more efficient at calling at the right times. This also is huge for reporting and creating dashboards to see what works and what doesn't.
  • It tracks emails including opens, clicks, and keeps a great log.
  • I love how they give you options to build your own reports as well as some templated reports as well.
  • It creates an easy way to work with your colleagues even if its remote positions.
  • There are some limitations on report building. They need to have more options to add to the x/y axis
  • There needs to be a more simple amount of time zones. They don't just have one per time zone currently which doesn't make a ton of sense.
  • It seems to go out a lot. It usually doesn't take long for it to be fixed but still concerning seeing how I need it or else I can't do my job.
I overall really like HubSpot. I think it is very user friendly and easy to learn as you go. I became a manger leading a team of SDR's and really had to figure out the best reports and dashboards to build without any help. I was able to do it without having to google outside of HubSpot on how to accomplish something more than 1-2 times.

We use HupSpot to track our records of engagement with our client as we have a great deal of clients, and it would be hard for us to use a non sophisticated CRM that won’t help us with automation [like emails and task reminders], and the alignment with marketing department help us a lot.
  • Automation
  • Email tracking.
  • Activity logs.
  • Integration with WhatsApp.
  • Search by number in the database as sometimes the result isn’t right.
  • Comments on the note sometimes aren’t clear so there should be an UI enhancement in this area.
Well you are suited if you have a really big volume of clients and it’s hard to track every one of them and to do a good follow-ups with them. It is less appropriate if you don’t have a lot of customers or you don’t focus a lot on recording your activities or using email automation.

The product allows me to track and manage my opportunities. It also automates outbound workflows for me to generate new leads. Overall, it is straightforward to use and very efficient as well. I would say that without it, I would not be able to keep track of all my opportunities in such an organized manner. It allows for everything you need to save the sales pipeline moving and flowing.
  • Create and manages tasks.
  • Creates follow ups.
  • Allows for customizable workflows.
  • Allows you to make calls easily and track emails.
  • I could use more automation to move noninterested leads out of my prospecting network.
  • Sometimes, the program slows down for periods and could use improvement on that end.
  • Some phone transcripts aren't accurate as to what is actually said on the call.
Hubspot is well suited for scenarios where you are dealing with multiple accounts that you need to keep track of. It assigns contacts to companies and it does a good job of it so you always know who you are dealing with. I wouldn't recommend it to small organizations but I would say it is perfect for medium sized companies.

HubSpot is a great CRM tool that easily stores customer information, pipeline data, reporting information, etc. I have only touched the surface of what this tool is capable of. The add-ons and integrations simplify processes and create efficiencies that I didn't even know were possible with today's tools. As a user of the product, I appreciate having both a desktop version and a mobile app to use when I'm on the road.
  • Tailored reporting functions.
  • Ease of use.
  • Stores data very well.
  • When sending emails inside of HubSpot, I would like the ability to use my true email signature with the company logo.
  • Sometimes, accounts are duplicated due to multiple email addresses, creating redundant accounts and confusion.
  • Connecting to the external email is excellent, but sometimes it populates accounts, that weren't meant to be added into HubSpot.
The ease of use is the best part. It didn't take much time to learn the basics and start using the HubSpot. Other CRMs I have employed in the past required extensive onboarding and training sessions before you could begin using the program. Granted, there are a lot more advancements that HubSpot has, and that having training would be great to capitalize on all of the additional functions, but in the normal day, it is easy to use and has everything I need.

We use it as a CRM - we store data about our customers, we call our customers, we send out marketing emails, we set up tasks and pull out records of our employees.
Our business loves using it to create, import and export any kind of lists, to give our managers an insight into our day and what we are doing, to send reminders to do tasks, to call phone numbers abroad, to send bulk emails etc.
  • Storing customer information
  • Easy calling abroad
  • HubSpot Academy is a great tool
  • Easy importing and exporting lists
  • It can look messy when there are a lot of contacts
  • The most advanced version is expensive
  • It needs constant updating of info etc to record activity
HubSpot is great for a bigger or a smaller company, to store any and every data, and to me personally, it is easier to use than some other CRMs. The downside is that it can be quite pricy for a smaller start up with a smaller budget, although some essential functions are also available on a cheaper version.

CRM HubSpot is a time saver when it comes to collaborate with my team members.

Also, it makes it a lot easier for us to add or update client's information.

Before we used to do all of this with Google Sheets, now, we have the need to use a CRM since we are growing, also, we can make it work with our phone system to always know who's calling and have the information ready.
  • User Friendly
  • Straigh forward
  • Intuitive
  • I've been having issues to add my Payment information and they don't know why this happens.
Adding client's contact information, of company's information is really easy and it helps a lot when you just add the website and HubSpot gives more public information.

So far, I haven't encountered any issues using the platform and my team is happy that we switched to this CRM, we are thrilled to have 1 place for all the information we need.

I actually use HubSpot CRM in several organizations I am part of. One use case is getting our leads in there and tracking their conversion along the marketing / sales funnel. Inside you would find all communications like emails and notes from the sales and business development teams on the contacts / companies associated. We no longer need to keep track on a spreadsheet and we setup automations to automatically fill up certain fields in the database. Moreover, we integrate HubSpot with other tools like our WordPress website and other marketing tools as well. Further, reporting is very efficient once you have setup everything in your database and the fields are filled up completely.
  • Contacts Management
  • Companies Management
  • Integrations
  • Chatbot
  • Mobile App
  • Missing Project Management features
For a Sales focused organization, HubSpot is perfect for tracking the leads conversion performance of the team. For a marketing team, this is likewise the same case as they also have landing page and email marketing features. However for a real estate company, there are certain features that are not available out of the box so there would be some customizations needed before going live.

We use HubSpot CRM as a main CRM in our company, which contains data about all the leads that we work with or that we have communicated with. We also use HubSpot for sequencing and marketing emails. Another thing is time-Consuming Administrative Tasks. Automation features reduce the time spent on administrative tasks, allowing teams to focus on more strategic activities. Also, the integration between marketing and sales tools within HubSpot ensures that both departments are aligned in their efforts.
  • Tasks management
  • Email sequencing
  • Integrations with other solutions
  • Sales Hub
  • Complexity of advanced features could be improved. It is a bit difficult to use workflows, custom reporting and so on.
  • There are limitations in terms of deeply customizing the CRM to fit very specific business needs. Certain fields, workflows, or reporting features cannot be tailored precisely as we need.
  • The mobile app version of HubSpot CRM doesn't offer the same level of functionality and ease of use as the desktop version.
HubSpot CRM is perfect for small to medium-sized businesses that are scaling up. The free version offers enough functionality for startups and small businesses, while the paid tiers provide advanced features needed as a business grows. Also, HubSpot is a great solution for companies that prioritize close collaboration between different departments, as HubSpot allows it better than many other CRMs.

Larger enterprises with highly specific or complex CRM requirements may find HubSpot CRM limiting. While it offers customization, it may not accommodate the intricate or unique processes of larger organizations.

HubSpot allows us to manage all of our prospect and client relationships, which helps us capture new business and increase company revenue.
  • Great UX - easy to use and customize
  • Makes app integrations simple
  • Automation helps with outbound sales motions
  • Quote integration with NetSuite has proven more difficult than I feel it should be
It's great for outbound sales motions (emails, cold calls, marketing forms, etc.)
