What is KnowBe4 Compliance Plus?
KnowBe4's Compliance Plus training is interactive, relevant and engaging with real-life simulated scenarios to help teach users how to respond in a challenging situation. Compliance Plus includes various types of media formats and reinforcement materials to support an organization's compliance training program.
Compliance Plus is an add-on training library to the KnowBe4 platform and it can be used with the same campaign and automation features that KnowBe4 offers for security awareness training. Features like branding, certificates, auto-enrollment of users, tracking learner progress and completion rates, and advanced compliance reporting are all already in place. Compliance Plus can also be used o create tailored compliance training campaigns that target the right users for the right compliance requirements.

Game changing learning console. Best in class for sure.
In Canada we deal with Access to Information Privacy laws. Because we work for a crown corporation we are subject to request, and the modules on privacy really help to increase our users knowledge and confidence when dealing with sensitive information. We are no longer just ticking a box. Our employees really feel more confident about spotting a SPAM versus a phishing email.
We haven't used it for this.

GDPR, CIS v8, NIST 800-53
We've used KnowBe4 Compliance Plus for PII, PHI, CCPA, and state mandated harassment training for managers and non-managers. We've been able to improve the training process and also remain compliant to data requirements.
We don't currently use Compliance Plus for legislative and data privacy requirements. We may add this type of training in the future.

Knowb4 Compliance Plus Security and Compliance Ally
In the case of our industry HIPAA and HITECH. Especially the requirement to provide regulatory training and to some specific employees. Not only does consistency help us, generally when there are changes and/or updates they include them in their new trainings. They are up to date with regulatory changes and that helps us from a regulatory compliance perspective.

Great for compliance tracking, HR requirements, SOC2
We use KnowBe4 as our employee training tool. We use it to make sure we can show evidence that everyone has participated in basic awareness training at least once during the year. The two trainings we use are both "Kevin Mitnick Security Awareness Training - 15 minutes" and "Danger Zone." KnowBe4 makes it easy to show who has and hasn't completed these trainings.

GDPR - thus far. But as we are a company with offices in several countries and customers in almost all of them, we intend to continue to explore more regulatory requirements in the near future.

We use Compliance Plus to provide privacy, code of conduct, harassment, anti-bribery and more. More country specific content was added in the last year - allowing us to provide the specific training to our users in specific countries (or states).
