Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

You can look up master data and maintain contacts but you cannot make a quote or do the same processes as in the web application. Having a product configurator like Experlogix which doesn't support a mobile app doesn't make it easier. So overall it's a difficult world if you want to use the mobile app because you get an amputated application.

It's good, especially with the new Unified Interface, giving the mobile app and the web application the same look and feel. There are a few things left to be desired, such as offline usage. But that is coming (always new features rolling out). Or you can use a third-party application now, which makes mobile usage even more appealing.

The mobile interface is a highly beneficial tool if configured correctly. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 app provides offline capability and continually being enhanced by Microsoft. Some of tools and features are unrivaled by competitors, such as the Field Service tools.

It works well for basic functionality, creating, updating and deleting records - the ability to customize it is too locked down at the minute though I am hopeful that will change in future releases. It's great that it uses the same forms in the mobile app as you use in IE.
