We use Content Recommendations, CMS, Experimentation and soon the CMP. All are used on our main website together to create an engaging experience for our users.
It makes management of our products easier, both from a vendor management aspect as well as knowing the products will work together.

We used to use Optimizely Expert Services in tandem with the Content Manager/Web Hosting. We have since moved away from expert services due to a consistent lack of communication and low quality work/solutions to issues in my experience
We had a negative business impact when attempting to utilize Expert Services. Relying on them caused us to be stuck with web issues for unacceptable amounts of time. This directly resulted in unhappy customers shopping our website.

We use ptimizely Content Management System together with Optimizely configured commerce. They integrate seamsessly and are accessed through the same UI. We are also able to use FIND across both content and product data for an integrated search experience.
Having content and commerce together has enabled us to prevent broken links, improve security, reduce maintenance costs and keep both our users and customers happy.

We use search and navigation as well. I find it easier to use for pulling out content programmatically than the end-user search.
It has saved so much time for us and allowed us to build up web content timely... which was really helpful during our Covid-19 response.

Optimizely Content Management System to develop and maintain site sections and pages. And the form builder.
Managing the site content (once pages are developed) is available for multiple editors and administrators to post content.

We also use the Customized Commerce product to manage our B2B ecommerce website. It integrates well with the CMS/DXP under one common administration login.
It simplified our IT systems landscape and made it easier to train internal end users. Also, since it is hosted on Azure, it made hosting easier to maintain for us.

We use Configured Commerce, Opti PIM, and CMS. We use PIM to manage our product content, CMS to manage blogs and marketing page content, and Configured commerce to manage the site. I'd like to see them work more seamlessly together. Currently, we manage things in 3 different places, which requires logging in and opening three different browsers. This can be a pain and cause confusion for people trying to learn the system.
It's made it much easier for us to manage our site through our marketing team. We are able to move more quickly and get more done as a team. It also allows us to make mass changes much more quickly and effectively with a small team, which is important for us.
