What is Rezku?
Rezku is restaurant management software centered around a point of sale system. The software helps operators tackle challenging aspects of owning a restaurant, though reporting, inventory tracking and remote management.
Rezku's point of sale has specialized features just for restaurants. All Rezku features are included in the monthly SaaS fees. Features include loyalty and rewards, gift cards and CRM. Additional modules are included for kitchen displays and delivery driver dispatch.
Rezku's POS hardware is ruggedly designed for a restaurant environment. With counter-top POS featuring a customer facing display and handheld point of sale terminals for table-side ordering and payment. Epson Printers and 22 inch KDS screens to support kitchen production.
Rezku uses cloud management, so users access reporting and can make instant changes to system settings on a smartphone or laptop from anywhere using the Back Office application.
Training videos are built into Rezku POS, helping new servers learn to take orders in about 10 minutes. And Rezku's customer support line is open 24/7 providing live support to their customers.
