Ziflow is well suited to anyone and or business that needs to comment, document or edit multiple proofs and versions. You're able to keep it all in one place.

Great when you have a lot of creative approvals to manage with many decision makers and to keep versions in control- nice safety and security to the tool. Account team is outstanding....

Being able to track who made what decision and/or comment and also when is vital. Also by removing any ambiguity on change requests, especially when using the markup tools, means even the most complex changes are clear and we can proceed with confidence to the next project stage. It is also nice to be able to upload a file to assist with comments and what they specifically refer to.

Ziflow is a great tool to use when collaborating with internal and/or external parties on editing large documents. We hire freelancer proof-readers to review important files, that way we're clear of any grammatical errors before sharing with Clients. Outside of proofreading, I haven't had to use other features of Ziflow much, but I would love to learn other ways to incorporate it in our everyday work flow!

Good tool to use, but you need volume. You may need to change your process to match Ziflow's capability

Ziflow has been great when routing print projects, meaning things going to a print house but can also be used in a digital PDF platform. Ziflow has allowed our organization to move through work at a fast pace and involve multiple teams in the creative process. Ziflow gives all the teams the access to let their voice be heard during content development and decision making of a projects life.

When we have several proofs under the same project, the new interface makes a little bit difficult to find each version, the thumbnails don't show the aspect ratio (as the old interface did). Also the name of the proofs appear cut when the title is long. On the other hand, the dashboard shows clearly each stage of approval, which makes very simple managing several proofs.

In my case I only use Ziflow to upload proofs to the brand, is very easy to use although at the beginning you can find it tricky but then you will get used to it. I will like to learn of other things that Ziflow can do instead of only upload proof that is my case only, will be helpful to see its potential to the fullest.

Ziflow is well suited for publishing processes of all nature - from print products to online publications and even media-enriched publications. It is great for working on the go and submitting notes for immediate feedback using the in-built communication capabilities. I have not found scenarios where Ziflow could be considered not appropriate, given that the scope of Ziflow is very precise and fills a specific niche in the market.

It is best suited for approval processes and file sharing when commenting is required from multiple sources. This is what the software was made for and does it without any hassle or problems. This system for monitoring which files still need to be approved, which are progressing and which are completed is very straightforward and doesn’t require any in-depth training.

It's good for sharing proofs to different users. Allowing users to comment at a specific time in a video proof. Ziflow also allows users to create proofs of different mediums like PDFs. It's well suited for environments that require a team of people to review a project before it's finalized.

I have not used for video presentation, but it seems like the collaborative effort would require a higher learning curve. But for print or web media, it provides an excellent source for proofing and feedback from clients. Especially since they are not required to create their own account.

As a company in the product development sector, the majority of projects require input from different departments, such as, Product Development, Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, etc. Ziflow is a powerful tool that has allowed us to facilitate what before used to be physical documents passing through each department. A single round of comments could take days. Instead, using Ziflow allows us to have all departments involved add their comments simultaneously if a much faster fashion, making the process more effective and efficient.

Works well in routing an asset for alignment but does not work well for password protected asset review. It does have the ability to review digital links (like a website) but if you're reviewing multiple assets within a link (like display ads in multiple sizes), it'll open up outside of the platform so you're unable to comment within the original route

Ziflow has come a long way and is proving itself useful in many different aspects. I cannot think of an instance where it wouldn't be fitting. Any ads, emails, and web pages have to be reviewed before being published, so doing so with Ziflow simplifies the process and holds you accountable by displaying the stage of the proofing process you are in.

When proofing is a part of broader collaboration across the org, it allows you to integrate it tightly into the broader tech stack

Ziflow is well suited for any marketing/design team, unless it is Social Media focused. Ziflow has helped our team in all print materials (packing design, catalogs, signs, banners, ads) and website material (ads, homepage redesigns, banners) as well as photo shoot post production (we create one photo per page contact sheets and comments on what needs retouching, cropping or killing). I only hope one day it will be more social media campaign friendly.

Ziflow is very well suited for approving food labeling and packaging that needs to go through multiple people across the company for quality assurance sake. It is not the most suited for small social graphics that require lots of edits and multiple rounds of uploads. It's better for bigger projects.

Ziflow, as a platform, provides active design and development teams with an incredibly useful tool for being able to review our work in progress. This allows us greater control and time efficiency in our development process. The ability to then share these live projects for internal and external reviews has significantly reduced the volume of emails and back and forth on Slack and Teams so we can spend our time developing and delivering and not having to chase people down to get them to review what they need to.

Its a good software. What it does well it does well. It could use some improvement. I hope Ziflow is the type of company that will listen to these reviews and make changes. Ziflow could be an amazing software if it had a more friendly UI/UX and integrated with other software such as monday.com

Ziflow is great and makes collaboration easy. Depending on how big your project is- you can loop in and tag as many people as you would like. I am a senior project manager who works and manages global teams, and Ziflow made it easy to collate all feedback. I appreciate previous versions are stored so you can go back and review them to ensure all feedback and notes were captured in the "new" versions. Also, having the feature of organizing your proofs into different folders, archives, duplicates is great for file keeping. I always found version control when receiving feedback on creative files, but Ziflow allows you to upload PDFs and docs, and compare them side to side, which helps to ensure everything flowed in correctly. Lastly, the ability to create workflows is incredible and saves you so much time.

If you want a fast turnaround for proofing, you'll want to use Ziflow. Our clients have 5 days to review our social media calendars and most review them the same day because the software is easy to use and straightforward. Without Ziflow we would not have this fast, easy, approval process.

As I work in the marketing team with the graphic designer we use Ziflow to get approvals for all of the content we are creating, making it seamless to receive feedback on our work to make immediate changes, uploading multiple versions of a proof to ensure we are all aware of the current correct design and it allows for other teams in the organisation to provide their feedback and approvals effortlessly.

The version comparison makes it perfect for marking up and checking whether changes have been implemented by my team as per my client's requests. For video review it also works very well - it has completely replaced our traditional, clumsy way of reviewing videos. Some of my clients feel intimidated by the interface, so perhaps the client-facing side of things should be simplified.
