Overall Satisfaction with Everstage

Everstage has made lives easy by putting all things at a place . Tracking each sale, Building pipeline and planning the numbers was a personal tedious task and a struggle on excel Google sheets. But with Everstage receiving the info at hand , automatic from Salesforce and with real time info has made things easy and saves a lot of time. Gamification with Ranking system motivates each one to do better than other .the data of last months motivates our bad days to know , we have done this , we can do this too. Visualisation of the data is something am a big fan of , simple and understood at a glance . Everstage has helped me to understand the current , build the pipeline and plan the number i will exit in in the end of the month.

  • Real time info being attached to Salesforce , automatic extraction of data
  • Gamification: Motivates to acheive more , incentives push ones limits
  • Adding avaerage of months : Average calculation as per RNR and quarterly
  • More filters needed: Date wise
  • May be usage of Animation as part of Dashbord or more of colours
  • Real time data , showing incentoives motivates to plan the sale and the payout accordingly
  • Simple visualisation of data , helps get things at a glance , no much of search needed
  • Gamification , pushes one to be the best in the team

Everstage helped a lot to replace our existing Google sheets . For a person like me who cant remember the formulas , making sheets and updating everything in real time , and loosing data if not done every time was a really tough task, But Everstage has been a boon now. the entire thing is online and real time , saving a lot of time and the struggle of updating. Gamification and the visuals are something i truely appreciate and enjoy, its so simple , you get it in one glance. Adding more filters would do it still better .

Everstage Support

It's Wonderful. They have been accessible when in need. the response is immediate and genuine. the support wait time is not too long either. when a fault is pointed out, thy accept it and try to work on it and within a week they try to find a better option to resolve the issue. Accepting and working to deliver better is really appreciable thing. Kudos to the team on that

My company has bought it and am just enjoying the usage of it .
When we had a issue with not able to use the Filters, i had connected to the team , the team very politely obliged to check why the option was not seen and set right the things also assisted with stepos for future usage . Appreciate that !
