Overall Satisfaction with Everstage
My organization is currently using this took to calculate the bi monthly compensation incentives that we will be achieving as per the revenue that has been delivered. It is now fulfilling the delta we had wherein we were not able to get the exact amount of incentives we will be getting for a particular cycle.
- the way it uses and integrates with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Exact incentive and capability to divide it in a bi-monthly cycle
- The leaderboard which maintains a healthy competition amongst the team
- They can go further with their integrations and figure out the details for order data as well
- The leaderboard should be refreshed as real-time as possible
- They can improve the smoothness of the tool as it still feels a bit trivial
- Time saving as the calculation is now on fingertips
- Growth-centric as the maintained competition is needed in sales as a domain
- visibility and availability makes sure that everyone is able to use it perfectly to atleast get done with these mandatory calculations
This was totally upto the organization so I don't really have a say in this but since we did not use the Salesforce tool for calculating incentives as much - I can say Everstage is doing a good job.
