We use Gong as a self-coaching and performance coaching tool for our sales agents. We use it to track themes, implement training strategies in order to maximize sales and conversion rates. Our agents also rely heavily on Gong to learn and also track best practice improvement points in order for them to better their craft.

No we did not purchase premium support. The support we receive is adequate and satisfactory.
Yes - Yes it was resolved to our satisfaction and in a timely manner, as it was a very serious bug that could affect our agents coaching aspect Gong.
I remember when we started using Gong, we were fairly, and noticed that the call recordings had no redaction. We immediately brought this to their attention and the issue was resolved in a matter of no time. Another instance was when some of our agent calls were not being picked up, due to an issue on our side, the Gong tech support was super supportive and assisted us to fix the issue.
