I'm not sure if this counts as AI, but the ability to transcribe the words in the call is very good. The other AI features, though, I don't utilize at all. The meeting recaps often times miss key points or miss the overall direction of the call and instead fixates on random side conversations

The improved AI insights over the years is something I've been impressed with for sure. Although I rely on myself to pick out the pain points and more so the actual angle of how to win the current deal, I do look at the follow up emails I get from Gong. They do a good job of creating a checklist of items that was discussed on the call and help to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

As an individual contributor I really appreciate the Call Stats to show me what my talk ratio and patience is. I look at this frequently and it allows me to continually take reflection on what I need to work on to better myself and be a more valuable partner. Seeing high talk ratios reminds me to ask more questions thereby gaining more information and low patience scores are a great reminder to pause and give them a chance to share additional details without cutting them off.

Gong offers AI summaries of the calls you have recorded. These summaries can be very useful for when trying to pick out key parts of the call or specific action items. Gong also provides an AI generated next steps which is great as you don't have to skim the transcripts for those specific steps

Gong has definitely provided many valuable insights to what 'works' in our customer conversations and what doesnt. It has been tremendously useful in helping our teams identify what to say and when and what lands with customers in a positive sense. I would recommend this product to any sales team looking to become the best they can.

100% I've used the results from gong to make an action plan. Much cleaner than trying to keep notes or to make a "Next Steps" plan. Just review what was recorded and then you are off to the races. Many of my customers give insights or agree to things that I might have missed. Even speeding up a timeline because I could hammer down to a specific date.

Gong is a really useful sales and revenue enablement tool that does deliver AI insights to help teams learn about customers. The transcripts are really useful in tracking customer opinion, experience and conversation, and this requires some further analysis to then get to actionable insights, but we are definitely finding things that benefit the business. Results are mostly accurate but do depend on some human review to make sure there aren't any errors or misinterpretations, which we have sometimes seen.

Gong helps in reviewing conversations with customers and getting a better gauge on a meeting/discovery, especially if you are in a role where you have many discoveries per week. You can easily forget what exactly went down for a deal. It's handy to be able to match notes with an actual recording to be fully up to speed.

The main AI insights we're using are total talk time between client and revenue staff, and of course the AI-influence speech-to-text. We are not an AI-savvy company so have a tool that allowed us to upgrade our toolset without needing anyone internally to need to ramp on AI has proved very easy to take on.

Gong's data has been quite accurate when it comes to reviewing my open pipeline, commits, and conversational insights. I have also been quite impressed by the new AI insights that includes call summaries, email creation, and forecasting.

I already mentioned it. it is very accurate on the remarks it makes and the team can very quickly realize of the improvement areas. The information is very well presented and it's easy to read an interpret. Since I am on Customer Success, I can't determine if the sales rate have increased, but I can tell that my fluency, empathy, and assertiveness have increased since reviewing these recordings and analyses with the team.

Yes, Gong.io has provided me with accurate and actionable insights and they've benefited Smartling and their customers. I was able to use auto generated transcripts to reset exceptions and reduce churn. Gong gave great suggestions for follow up timing or topics to bring to future customer calls based on what it's heard. i actually think the smartling team could have used these features more robustly but they were still helpful at the time.

We see potentially Increased deal closure rates Gong can help sales teams identify the key sales behaviors that lead to success. This information can then be used to coach and train salespeople on how to replicate those behaviors, which can lead to increased deal closure rates.
Gong knows for each company we prospect how many meetings we had, when and which people where on these calls, some of the insights are about if we're prospecting with the right people based on their roles/titles. we see it as valuable information

Gong has identified important key words for us when using the trackers but it isn't always accurate. Its hard to quantify if the information in the trackers has truly provided us with actionable insights at this time. We also use specific terminology that Gong does not always pick up on.

While I don't think the accounts at risk function is that useful or accurate, I do think it's very useful in finding speaking patterns to improve. I love seeing the speaking ratio and knowing that the tool is tracking helps me to speak less and let the customer tell their stories.

It has been a few months since I would have been diving into any of this due to changes in the department, but my recollection was that the insights were mostly around Sales which is less impactful for a CX team. This is understandable, as I mentioned previously that the product is generally sales focused but has features that can help any customer-facing team.
