It's given us a better idea of how our customers are receiving and reacting to our messaging. This has allowed us to tweak and improve the way we communicate and generate positive results and a better return overall. By reviewing open rates, click rates, etc. we have been able to a/b test and refiune that process.

Klaviyo is better in almost every way. From ease of use, to user experience, analytics, you name it. Klaviyo comes out on top in every comparison and we (I) will continue to use Klaviyo until another platform proves to be superior. Until then, Klaviyo is the best solution for what we seek to accomplish.
