Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo
We used it bring in data from the website then trigger automated flows from their behavior. We like the easy configuration of the email and SMS pop-ups to capture opt-ins. We also use this for ad hoc email campaigns and their templates to help easily build emails. The help documentation is very useful and easily searchable making the system easy to learn and use.

The integration was pretty quick and seamless.
We can see purchase information and target based on how a customer is interacting with us. Then we can use this information and set-up personalized flows so the customer is receiving the right information at the right time.
It's been a combination of acquisition and retention. We like the pop-up capabilities and are just starting to get into the upsell part with the catalog integration.
Klaviyo doesn't necessarily need data architects or engineers to support or tie the data together. Salesforce Marketing Cloud typically requires a partner, data architect and/or someone who knows SQL. The email templates and help documentation are extremely easy to use and search for the needed information.
