Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo
We use Klaviyo for onboarding, cart abandonment and retention flows to our ecommerce customers. In addition, we use it to send ad-hoc emails on promotions and updates. We depend heavily on its segmentation abilities. We often segment our list based on attributes such as country, gender, and purchase behaviours. This has allowed us to do better targeting and increases the conversion rates of our campaigns.

Klaviyo has a fantastic smart segmentation ability. For example we give it our list of emails and it can tell us the percentage of males and females.
