Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use the Miro board for a number of different purposes, from workshops and ideation to strategic planning and icebreakers. It's a really powerful tool that gives you endless possibilities. I love its collaborative nature and how interactive it is when you're using it for team discussions. It's intuitive and easy to use.

  • Boards can get quite heavy and slow to load.

It's a very simple to use and intuitive tool so implementing it is straightforward. It's also easy for new users to learn how to use the tool, but at the same time, it has an amazing range of capabilities that make it extremely powerful and useful for many different use cases. It's a great tool overall.
For a hybrid company, Miro is very useful, too. Because it's so efficient for live collaborating and multiple users editing a board at the same time, this makes remote meetings a lot more dynamic and interactive. And it also works well when some members of the team are office-based.
We use Asana for shorter-term planning and resource allocation. Miro has been better for ideation, workshops, and any meetings that require an interactive part. I also really like its free nature and how it's a great place to develop ideas and plans without being restricted to a particular layout.

Miro has completely transformed our approach to ideation as a social media team. We use it for weekly discussions, and its collaborative nature makes it a very powerful resource during these meetings. It means we can all edit a board together and bounce ideas off each other. Because the layout is so free, it's much easier to customize it for your use.
