I use Miro on a daily basis to plan the project I lead and my everyday operations. I find it useful for brainstorming, visualizing ideas, creating diagrams and planning variety of projects related to HR community. My team can work together in real-time as well. It's great for remote collaboration and fostering creativity among team members which make it easier to reach project goals nowadays.

Miro is much more intuitive tool and has a lot of different useful features. Real-time collaboration where you can see your team moves makes it even easier. The way you can present ideas and share among the organization proves high level of tool functionality. Working with Miro can save you time an effort as well.
You could create Miro board for the project and organize it into various sections which definitely helps with general understanding for any individual involved. As it is highly customizable, you can adapt it to your team's specific needs and project requirements. Giving some example, let's say you're working on developing a new app functionality. You can create a simple roadmap to orchestrate your team movements in terms of brainstorming, backlog creation, journey mapping and planning. It is easy to visualize project's lifecycle in one place.
