Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

I use Trinet for multiple purposes, for payroll, for time management and for hiring new employees and on boarding them

  • The staff does not return call on time
  • the time keeping portal glitches a lot
  • the on boarding seems to complicated for some employees
  • HR compliance is great
  • Payroll management is great
  • posting jobs is easier
There are somethings that I had mentioned before that they could improve
Amy is wonderful but the others have not been that reachable
We were not working with them during pandemic
They were not very good at responding to emails and connecting with us

I like that its a one stop shop and you could do everything under one platform. I believe it is very expensive and they don't seem to want to work with the individuals about their payment concerns

Using TriNet

15 - We use trinet for our payroll and for time keeping and for hiring new employees
2 - Amy helps us with our payroll questions and we have Laurent help us with all other issues and questions

The time keeping has some issues. My employees with Android phones have a lot of issues clocking in and out. The Price is very high also

Evaluating TriNet and Competitors

Yes - It replaced Square because we wanted a company that had an HR company so they could help us with all the laws and regulations we need to keep up with.

TriNet Implementation

The people who were working with me to set us up were wonderful and very helpful.
Yes - We did all the back door stuff first and then we moved the products in the office and showed the employees how to do it.
Change management was minimal - We liked that it was a comprehensive package
