Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet for Payroll and Benefits. We do not used them for retirement plans
- Selection of Medical Plans
- Pricing of Medical Plans
- Offering Medical and Child Care management accounts
- The biggest confusion is deductible year vs plan year if they are not alligned as of January 1
- It's great to have Payroll and benefits administered by one Company with a dedicated service team
We joined Trinet after COVID

TriNet Support

Problems get solved Immediate help available Support cares about my success | Poor followup Not kept informed Escalation required Need to explain problems multiple times Slow Initial Response |
We did not purchase premium support. We have dedicated team for a day to day support and it works great. The bot is also very helpful.
BUT we stumbled hard with the issue of aligning benefit year and deductible year and we are still solving it 6 months into it.
