Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting
We use it mostly to save time on Research Operations like unmoderated usability tests and consumer videos. We also use it for Usability metrics like SUS. I really like the capability of using their network recruitment base with the screener feature that saves me also time for quality feedbacks and video consumers.

It helped me to save time from Research operatons such as planning a test, moderate a test, recruit from a large sample, improve product features and find out any issues with usability or wording process for example in a faster way then traditional research would be. Thank you so much!
I wasn't the person who selected Usertesting, but I did use this in previous company so I was aware of their capabilities. I really enjoy how usertesting applies their research methods and have a greater support. The UserZoom was easy to handle but I don't remember how it was the internal recruitment in there, for example. And I really liked the way Lookback was easy to handle for users better than Usertesting.

Evaluating UserTesting and Competitors
Yes - Hotjar and UserZoom and Lookback. But came out that Usertesting was better than them when it comes to features available and also the way it was easy for members to get into the platform, for example. I really like the variety of methods I can use in Usertesting like interview, ab test, unmoderated usability test.
