Absolutely. The quick turnaround time for collecting user feedback is a valuable tool in my day-to-day work. Being able to quickly collect authentic customer feedback has been a huge help to navigating the decisions we make in our growing business. It is super convenient to use user testing in our workflow. We don't need to stress out much about recruiting participants. This saves a lot of our time and allows us to conduct more research during product development, using the insight to prioritize MVP features, for example. The tool made this UXR part easier

As previously discussed, the feedback from the UserTesting customer basis has been extremely helpful throughout our design and iteration process. It ensured the final designs proposed and developed were backed by rounds of quantitative feedback from 80 users. This was a key business decision and huge investment from the company and User Testing was invaluable to push this business case through.

It's been very helpful. We use it in conjunction with moderated research - both in-house and vendor led. It gives us the ability to do rapid, low cost research. Low cost in comparison to a single vendor run study, which can cost $25-30K.

Creating and filtering the audience is incredibly straightforward, impressing me with the extensive size and diversity of their contributor base. With contributors from various countries and backgrounds, it's never been an issue but rather the tool's greatest asset. This broad pool ensures access to a wide range of perspectives, enriching the testing process and providing valuable insights for product development.

UserTesting is definitely improving the services and the quality of the delivery. I find that it also gives you some peace of mind that you test the software for potential mistakes. It's also good to be able to get suggestions from users on how they would recommend to improve the overall functionality.

It's been invaluable to receive feedback quickly and reliably from lo-fi prototypes before building it out further and to not have to implement an analytics-based experiment (ie a live A/B test) to receive feedback which costs a lot more money and time.

We are able to quickly set up any sort of test. Having access to the pool of users and getting connected so quickly, has really improved our product experience. People see the value of research and its results and more and more teams across the company are understanding it. We are also not the only ones using the tool in our company. Besides us designers and researcher, marketing and product manager are also utilizing UserTesting. We enjoy this positive influence!

UserTesting has enabled my team and me to do fast-paced iterative testing on both prototypes and live sites. I have benefitted from a fast turn-around of sessions and even if sometimes the quality of the sessions or feedback is is subpar, I can still easily replace those sessions with just a click. Due to the vast panel audience, I am able to target audiences with specific psychographics and needs.

I feel like I already answered this question previously = yes, this type of feedback is essential for all of these reasons, and it's why we conduct user research and use these tools. Authentic customer feedback bridges the gap between business intentions and assumptions, and what users are truly interpreting, thinking, and engaging with.

Getting quick insights about digital experiences allows the organization to make faster decisions about which direction to take with new products and services. While difficult to measure quantitatively, the time we save by getting answers sooner and from custom-screened, validated panels is very valuable to our business.

The use of screener questions gives the ability to have the specific targeting participants to test my concepts. It is great to hear feedback from the exact group who will be potentially using our products to see what their preference is and see how they can relate our experiences with others. It's also nice to add questions separate from the prototype as a "two birds one stone approach" to use that time to learn other aspects of their role and responsibilities.

In the past we have been able to target specific audiences and gather feedback quickly. Allowing us to bring products to market faster. As this has greatly degraded over the past year, we have not been able to get as much value out of the service and the team has voiced concerns about spending more time on weeding out bad tests then focusing on the actual UX research task.
