Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
WebPT is used daily by clinical staff for documentation and reporting. We use the scheduling platform at the front desk to organize therapists' schedules, and we are integrated with their RCM software for our billing to insurance companies. WebPT allows the clinic director to focus their energy on growing the business and not dealing with the day to day of billing. In addition, it allows our front office staff to effectively and efficiently schedule patients without confusion or time-consuming processes.

WebPT has significantly helped our practice improve efficiency. We came from a competitor in the market and were significantly challenged by their customer service. Although WebPT has its own user interface difficulties and areas of improvement, its customer service has been far superior to its competitors, and I don't regret the decision to transition companies.
I don't think the WebPT platform has helped refine the patient experience.
I used Clinicient before WebPT acquired them. Their customer service was significantly lacking. However, there were some user-friendly components that we missed since switching to WebPT.
