You can upgrade/downgrade anytime; changes are pro-rated. Outlets can be paused seasonally. Marketplace commission: Charged only on bookings generated by the Wellnessta consumer marketplace. Salons using their own website, phone, social, or walk-in bookings are 0% commission. Current standard rates are Starter 25%, Growth 20%, Pro 15%; Enterprise is volume-negotiated. What’s included: Secure cloud hosting, product updates, web console, and iOS/Android Business Partner apps. Starter includes a one-time remote onboarding; Growth/Pro include unlimited training and 24×7 chat/phone support; Enterprise adds a dedicated Success Manager. Messaging costs: Automated SMS/email reminders are included under fair-use; heavy senders can buy low-cost top-ups (SMS/WhatsApp). Payments: Paynessta™ digital checkout is included; gateway/issuer fees (e.g., UPI/cards) are charged by the payment provider plus marked up management fee by Wellnessta. Volume & enterprise deals: Discounted licence tiers and bundled messaging credits are available for 20+ outlets or group contracts. Transparency: No setup fees for standard deployments. Prices and commission tiers are published; any changes are communicated in-app before they take effect.

I still give it a 10 for appointment scheduling. It has a lot of great features for the price. Even the free option has great features. it's easy to set up and get started. It saves so much time when scheduling appointments with other people.

  • For startups on a low budget, it offers a free plan that allows you one or two integrations.
  • You can embed your booking page that you create directly on 10to8 to your website using a shortcode.
  • You can charge for appointments booked in advance which helps to eliminate the frustration of clients of no show clients.
  • You can customize your booking page to fit in with your business trading times, block out lunches, holidays and special days.
  • You can ensure the appointments are synced if with your existing Google, outlook and office 365 calendars.

  • Some of the CRM tools are limited or slow; perhaps an ability to customize for specific needs.
  • More ability to customize the schedule page.
  • They need an APP for iPhone and Android.

Easy to use and set up. It has a lot of great features for the price, such as syncing to calendars, auto-reminders, allows clients to reschedule or cancel, and a widget for our website.

I've only had to reach out to customer service twice, but both times the people that I spoke to were quick to respond, knew what they were talking about and were able to walk me through fixing the issues.

Pricing for the options was not as affordable as 10 to 8. I could only use it for a short-term (days) for free, which wasn't appealing to me. I eventually upgraded on 10 to 8 after a few months of use because it gave me enough time to feel comfortable with it.
