Wealthbox CRM from Starburst Labs in Providence is a financial sectors focused system that allows users to retrieve, create, and edit data including contacts, tasks, events, notes, opportunities, and projects, as well as build custom workflows.
360 View is well-suited and even originally designed for financial institutions and banks. It does a great job at large and small scale monitoring of customers and their amount of involvement in your organization. I'd say that 360 View is not well-suited for most organizations that are not in the finance industry (although you could make it work if you need to)

Wealthbox CRM is great with looking up advisor information. It looks a lot like a Facebook profile -- you can quickly make a comment to record a phone conversation, post an email, etc. The customizable workflows are great for due dates and keeping steps within your business.

Workflow Glitches - workflows will sometimes not move to the next step or will continue to spin in a "loading" fashion. Can be frustrating and slows down business.
