It has been a great experience so far and I think that the Dacima Survey will do a great job in businesses that are related to pharmacy, research institutes, hospitals, and even universities. The services being provided are highly top notch which I really like but they need to further improve their customer service. Hence, I feel that in the future Dacima Survey will be the leader when it comes to the Electronic Data Capture Software Market.

  • I have been using Dacima Survey frequently in my organization and it has been a great find for me as well as for my organization as we can handle all these questionnaires very easily.
  • Dacima Survey is composed on FDA 21 CRF and has all these trials and audits which makes the credentials and authenticity of it on another level.
  • It offers excellent and smart features [for] less money.

  • As a user, I expect their customer service to be as good as their software but unfortunately their customer service has a lacking element that requires further improvement because their representatives sometimes are quite unprofessional which leads to a negative image of Dacima Survey.
  • Moreover, I am having great services.

It is an outstanding platform that comes with highly developed features. The most amazing features that I like the most that I can easily manage anonymous questionnaire and quizzes by just logging onto the platform on any device, like I can create forms and quizzes with a token via email or sms using smartphone or computer.
