Cons	No answers on this topic	The support center for administrators (GroupMax) and the dashboard could be better. Good for beginnings, but there is a lack of detail for more advanced users. Usability	No answers on this topic	My best advice is to have one or two people own the Cvent Passkey maintenance.If a person is using the software frequently, you will find tips and usability becomes quite easy. They are always reachable and friendly and are willing to spend as much time in chat or on the phone with you as necessary to get your problems solved. Alternatives Considered	No answers on this topic	I did not make the purchasing decision to incorporate Passkey into our business standards. I know that while demanding upon set up, it saves a significant amount of time when the main planning portion of the event is in swing. I personally have not used any other products like Cvent Passkey. With the new flex website design, it will not make sense to continue to use passkey when we can incorporate hotel selection into the registration process directly during registration.
