Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My organization integrated Cvent Passkey just over one year ago and it has already paid for itself. Our ancillary revenue has increased by over $150k in the first year alone. The software has also given guests the option of choosing their accommodations versus the traditional or basic rooms that conventions typically contract.

Only wish the editing options for website had more options
There are some intricacies, leaving room for small errors
When first starting, pop up function tutorials would be helpful

Usability

My best advice is to have one or two people own the Cvent Passkey maintenance.If a person is using the software frequently, you will find tips and usability becomes quite easy. A novice may find some difficulty understanding how inventory distribution works but all of the training courses offered are very useful to help hone in on the craft.

If a property is managing a block of 15 or more rooms, Cvent Passkey is extremely helpful as it helps streamline room types, attendee types, and premium up-sell options. If you are working on a smaller group that has specific requirements that restrict their room options, basic booking software will suffice.
