Accelya VIVALDI vs. Visa Acceptance Solutions (CyberSource)

I recommend this platform to any company for reliable revenue management services. When ordering commodities from our suppliers the system enhances faster cash transactions. The customer support team is ever ready to answer any question when we reach them. It is easy to set up the system and transfer funds without any challenge. It connects us to the most trusted buyers and sellers across the world.

For basic users it is probably a good fit. For connecting it's API's are straightforward and most would find it an easy connection to be made. The site overall is just not designed well. When you try to look at transactions a portion of the information is cut of without a scroll bar being added to slide to the fields you would like to see. If you need to see the data on the screen you need to make some adjustments.

• They have built the connections to multiple card providers so that a retailer does not need to build the code for each one separately.
• The decision manager product catches and stops a lot of fraud from getting through and causing a large number or chargebacks.
• They also connect to PayPal making it easy to add them to any website as a payment method.

• fees- competitive, but budget for them
• price transparency- it's hard to know exactly what you're being charged for. We are charged a small % of each incoming payment batch, so AR reconciliation is more difficult
• implementation- significant time and expertise required to get everything up and running smoothly

I like all the tools that are on this platform due to their performance. We have highly benefited from sending and receiving cash using the secure system. The charges of transferring cash using Accelya VIVALDI are less as compared to other systems. It gives automated notification through email when the transaction is complete. Close collaboration with the customer support team gives us confidence when using this application.

Payeezy does not provide fraud check facility and they provide JS based integration. Since client wants server side integration due to security and fraud check as well in place of using another third party for fraud. We went ahead with Cybersource

• It has streamlined credit card processing for the whole organization
• Provides all the info we need to locate specific transactions and address issues accordingly
