Accenture People + Work Connect vs. Dice.com

Accenture People + Work Connect is a wonderful platform, no doubt, and is suitable when you are looking out for talent and hiring for open roles in the organizations and in specific regions. Accenture People + Work Connect helped us in identifying the right talent for the position in the region required. However, when compared to the other platforms for hiring there is a lot more that needs to be developed and updated.

When I get the job from the client I usually inform my team mate or colleagues to source in Dice where we can get the profile within the turn around time compared to other job search portals. Similarly It helps to get the independent resume on W2 and the filter works perfectly.

• UI could be a bit more clean.
• Filter search at times doesn't display all the relevant positions.
• Advanced Filter option for more details search could be helpful.

• Need to add contact details as must have columns while uploading the resume
• While applying Years of experience filters, it showing irrelevant experience profiles

I can give 100%, because my first preference is Dice.com only. when i start the work i will post requirement in Dice.com meanwhile i am working. i am getting lots of resume in Dice.com posting, it will reduce my heavy work and we will find critical resume from Dice.com only

From my discussion with the management with regards to hiring and the portal used, I came to know that Google for Jobs was able to be considered earlier, but was rejected as there was lots of noise, multiple unwanted applications and the filtering process also took a while and wasted the time of the TA team.

we majorly use Dice.com due to its optimization and regular update for various filter. it has major filter process which no other portal has like specific location , skillsets, visa status, tax term and resume as per latest update
