we majorly use Dice.com for job posting and sourcing the resume, in which we don't face any business problems. the best thing which i see in Dice.com is job posting. sourcing the resume with various filter process is easy even filter like work authorization and relocation are very use full one

Cons
- shortlisted of resume is getting mismatch sometime
- contact details miss match sometime
- no other major flow in the sourcing or posting
- i don't see any negative in Dice.com, may be some time migration profile is empty
- I think contact detail provided in resume may wrong
- sometime i could not control the job post after some mail
we majorly use Dice.com due to its optimization and regular update for various filter. it has major filter process which no other portal has like specific location , skillsets, visa status, tax term and resume as per latest update
