Overall Satisfaction with Dice.com
I use Dice.com portal for sourcing and posting the job. It is very useful portal when compared to other job portals. Whenever I get the requirements from the client my first priority for sourcing the profiles is Dice.com where I can get the profile easily. Its help me to perform well at my work.
Pros
- Fetching the relevant profiles
- Better filters
- More resume database
Cons
- Need to add contact details as must have columns while uploading the resume
- While applying Years of experience filters, it showing irrelevant experience profiles
- It's value tools for Sourcing and screening
- I can get the profile in turn around time which saves my time spending more on portals
- Definitely it improved my performance
As I said, Dice.com is the best sourcing tools while compared to other job sourcing platform. It has more up to date features and still withstand in the market, while others are mostly outdated. It is suitable for IT, Non-IT and all kind of requirements.
