Cons	Accenture Accenture may improve on the TAT for project documentation There is some room of improvement in the budget estimation which sometimes is vague. Alternatives Considered	Accenture What differentiates them are their strong end-to-end capabilities. They have all sorts of resources, from Strategy/Management Consulting to deep Technical IT, going also through the new Digital Era. They are very complete and mature in the market, with the ability to deliver all types of projects with quality and according to the agreed budget and timeline.
