Deloitte Cyber Risk is one of the largest cybersecurity consulting practices in the world, and they offer a very broad range of IT security services including advisory, product selection, implementation, managed services, etc.
Accenture is well suited for undertaking projects that are a bit more complex and complicated. Because of their lineup, they are better suited to tackle those projects. Accenture may not be well suited for support on the basis of cost.

It is well suited when a business is ready to innovate and transform using the latest technologies. It helps implement new strategies and develop plans. However, it may be less appropriate when a company has just transitioned to another stage in their product and need to focus on growth. And also know the cybersecurity risks.

What differentiates them are their strong end-to-end capabilities. They have all sorts of resources, from Strategy/Management Consulting to deep Technical IT, going also through the new Digital Era. They are very complete and mature in the market, with the ability to deliver all types of projects with quality and according to the agreed budget and timeline.

I liked Deloitte's way of working better, I like its interface, the response time of its technicians, they are punctual, good prices, and responsible. It meets all the expectations we had about its products. It is best suited when we have a complex business requirement to implement within a short period of time. Provided we have a good budget. Keeping aside the budget, Deloitte does pretty well compared to other consulting firms.
