Accenture vs. OneUp Networks

Accenture is well suited for undertaking projects that are a bit more complex and complicated. Because of their lineup, they are better suited to tackle those projects. Accenture may not be well suited for support on the basis of cost.

What stands out most about OneUp Networks is their understanding of accounting and tax workflows. They are not just providing hosting infrastructure; they understand how applications like QuickBooks Enterprise and UltraTax CS are used by accounting teams and the importance of performance, reliability, and support during critical periods.

• Accenture may improve on the TAT for project documentation
• There is some room of improvement in the budget estimation which sometimes is vague. Having said that, they are very competitive in the market.

Easy to use, no learning curve for our team, more like a Windows environment, and exactly like how we use it on our personal laptops.

What differentiates them are their strong end-to-end capabilities. They have all sorts of resources, from Strategy/Management Consulting to deep Technical IT, going also through the new Digital Era. They are very complete and mature in the market, with the ability to deliver all types of projects with quality and according to the agreed budget and timeline.

The sales team at Ace Cloud seemed pushy to me, whereas here at OneUp I had a call with Parag, who answered all my queries very smoothly. Secondly, others know hosting but not the apps, whereas here the support team is knowledgeable and knows their stuff.
