Access Auditor vs. ID.me

Access Auditor is great for evaluate your Governance Process and enhances that workflow before deployment. As we had to get the business up to speed afterword and that slowed us down.

ID.me is well suited for our business to verify customers to provide a discount due to their top-notch software which is easy for our customers to use and is quick. Beyond customer experience, it has massive business benefits as it saves us a lot of time and money to use their white-glove software vs doing it ourselves as we did in the past using paper documents and our own people.

• Be able to verify people without them providing any documentation by getting access to needed databases where that information is stored.
• Be conscious that people do not like to provide their SS#.

It is hard to pick just one. Access Auditor has dramatically improved our processes and saved us a ton of time. Also, their support is top-notch.

Even if you only use their Auditing/Access Certification tool and not their Identity Management/Password Management tools, you're still able to complete entitlement reviews for SOX or any other compliance requirements.

We didn't evaluate any others. At the time ID.me had the largest customer base and I believe that still holds true.
