Active Screening vs. Hireology

The advantages have been striking, the hiring process is now much simpler than it was in the past, and we have been able to hire individuals who have formed a strong bond with the team as a whole, adapted to our entire system, and have been the pioneers in improving our work significantly. A better product is thus available for all kinds of organisations.

• The mobile app is user friendly but still doesn't allow for some of the functions of the live site
• The ability to schedule emails and texts is needed
• Sponsor jobs to specific job boards

I don't have much to compare Hireology to other than posting on different job boards. Hireology is better because one post does it all!

• It has saved us a ton of time trying to keep our hiring process organized.
