The ad serving engines decides which ad to serve, taking into account scheduling, targeting, priorities, budget capping, and delivery pacing. Campaigns can be targeted to a country, region or city, and all events like impressions, clicks, viewability metrics, and fill rates, are logged for tracking and reporting.
