Agiled vs. Plutio vs. Premier Construction Software

Agiled is suited for submitting contracts and getting them signed quickly with the help of their public links and digital signature features. It is also well suited for submitting invoices to clients and getting them paid with their PayPal and Wise integration. Organizing and keeping track of a large database of clients and leads may be difficult since the CRM doesn't currently support email and message tracking per client but does offer multiple clients per project which is helpful for managing complex projects with multiple team members and clients.

Plutio is great for the individual who is constantly on the go, managing a wealth of online information and projects. I can see those who work in education, such as administration, or technology coaches/teacher coaches using a platform like this to stay organized. Freelance or consultants would also benefit as it can manage your digital self.

Jonas is well suited for the construction industry and for trades that work in construction. The functionality and features are set up to streamline the processes that take place daily, weekly, and monthly. You are also able to manage the big picture and track your company's information for multiple years, making it a scalable software. Our administration and project managers can streamline work from the field to the office through Jonas and we feel that is one of the biggest benefits to Jonas

• While the ability to customize is great, it is a little lacking in the visual GUI department. But thats more of a personal preference than anything else.
• When choosing dates and times for tasks and projects I think the input method could be a little less clunky.

While some of the book keeping features of Agiled have helped me to keep my business in order and provide contracts and invoices to my clients online so we don't need to meet in person every time, the main reason I bought Agiled was to keep track of leads and client communication to better understand what is and isn't working in terms of lead acquisition. This has not been easy since Agiled still can't track communication well and is still clunky when viewing and organizing contacts. I hope it will improve as the team behind it seems to be working hard.

Plutio puts work into real contribution, allowing me to connect with the team with white-label collaboration. It is an all-in-one platform for me to manage all tasks effectively. Consistently, it positively impacts work and overall growth by adding encouragement. It's worth using this tool to keep track of the task and overall development, so sharing positive reviews might be helpful to others.

Using Premier Construction Software is intuitive. Most of the modules work the same way, so once you learn to use one, the others come easily.

Every time I reach out to Agiled they get back with me very quickly and seem to want to help me. They are constantly releasing updates and improvements which makes me hopeful for the future. I look forward to the day automation and CRM improvements are made. This will be a game changer.

I have only needed to reach out for support once and got a quick response. There was an issue with the Mac app, but I knew it was in beta. Leo, the owner, was quick to reply thanking me for letting him know about the issue, that the Mac app is still in beta, and that I can use the web version in the meantime until the bug was fixed.

Jonas Premier has some of the best support we've received in this business. Whenever there is an issue or question, we receive a response in a timely manner and get follow up as well. We have never had an issue getting something resolved and our feedback is always taken into account

I have tried Suite Dash, Agiled, FlowLu throughout the process of finding a tool that fits our business the best. Plutio was the easiest to deploy and use by far. The other systems had more features and capability but was pretty difficult to learn how to use and set up. We were up and running with Plutio in a matter of hours with a business process, rather than a spreadsheet and an independent proposal and invoicing process.

• Jonas has positively impacted our Accounts Payable and Receivable department by making tracking and processing organized and streamlined. Previously we were having to track invoices and payments through emails and various formats. We are now able to connect each AP or AR invoice to the job and subcontractor, keep track of the billing due dates, and have all the paperwork generated from Jonas.
