Contract lifecycle management platform with cloud security, digital signature and AI-powered document management.
AI helps customers simplify contract management by making it understandable, interactive and automated. Digital signature signs any file format along with text and images.
Personally, I feel AIR CRE Contracts are great for NNN leases. They get the point across and offer the language we need without much addition or revision. The lease offers extensive language that helps with future potential disputes and covers questions that may occur from the tenants end well. Example, who maintains what or who is responsible for certain items.
It covers the basic contract management functions like setting deadlines, organizing documents in one place, and sending them for signature very well. We use it to reduce document complexity and extract and enhance metadata. It's perfect for managing obligations and information stored in contracts. In fact, AI-powered extraction is a great help to set up all relevant tasks during the initial contract management. It is perfect if you want to explicitly share not only the contract itself but also the attachments.
I suggest adding more AI analysis features to the data extraction. It is very useful for my work and I am always excited when you add new features. They help a lot in understanding the documents, setting deadlines, etc
I think I would rate AIR CRE Contracts has a pretty good usability rating. It is easy to use and simple to utilize, whether it comes down to leases, agency agreements, purchasing agreements, estoppels, or even just purchasing credits to create more agreements. I like that it is fillable, editable, and easy to find certain items when needed.
I believe I called in for AIR CRE Contracts support one time in the past. The program was not working and it turned out we needed to have both AIR CRE Contracts support and our Information technology (IT) department both work on it to get it working. While I did not fully interact with them, they were able to fix the issues with our IT department relatively smoothly
I think AIR CRE Contracts offers more of what we need for commerical real estate than Legal Templates. I feel there was more language qith the AIR CRE Contracts that protect the landlord and offer support, where as Legal Templates offered a broader scope of legal language. Obviously, having an attorney draft a specific lease template for a building is the best way to go but if you need something that can fit more types of leases/buildings AIR CRE Contracts seems to work the best for us.
It saves time by replacing channels for document encryption. No need for emails; makes work safer and easier to figure out what document the team is working on.
No need to switch between the platforms to sign documents.
No need to read the whole document; just the places AI highlighted.
