Airbnb for Work vs. Sage Expense Management

It is great for those travelers looking for longer-term accommodations, such as greater than a week or a few weeks. For those staying for only a day or two, it can still be useful, but a hotel may be more appropriate for these kinds of stays. Moreover, many of our travelers like the ability to have a full apartment due to the nature of their stay or the length, and thus using this allows us this added flexibility in finding accommodations with this.

Fyle is a much better software than traditional excel reports as it provides both a mobile app and desktop application. Though there is much room for improvement, it still can be rated higher for more users as it makes the process of claims processing and auditing much faster and easier as compared to handling physical bills and receipts. It has helped my organization to save on 2 man-months cost as well by reducing the redundant activities of automating bill submission through apis for common apps like UBER, OLA, etc.

• Offer new ways to travel and connect

• The ability to converse within the app. If the approver rejects, the requester can see the reason and type back their response/rectify and resubmit. All within the app.

• video support for virtual team experiences could be improved

The user interface is very user friendly. It makes it easy to filter through the different options it has to offer based on price, location, and the scenery you as the customer would most prefer. This is an extremely helpful feature when there are so many choices to choose from

Airbnb for Work is very useful for any city. Our practicality of staying where we want is excellent, it really helps us a lot and I'm sure it has already "saved" several people who made last minute reservations, just like me hahaha. We have other platforms that can also help us, but we have a certain preference for Airbnb.

Features wise both Zoho and Concur are equivalent to Fyle - may be they even offer more features. We picked Fyle particularly because: a) We are a small organization of less than 200 employees and were looking for a cloud based offering b) We had to keep our costs minimal without making major changes to our organization structure Fyle was most optimal that catered to all our requirements.

• It has helped our organization to save costs since one place can accommodate many co-workers rather than booking rooms for only two people where the team travels in a group.
• Better deals are available if you are regular customer
• Upgrade options are available which help save money rather than buying a premium suite
