It is great for those travelers looking for longer-term accommodations, such as greater than a week or a few weeks. For those staying for only a day or two, it can still be useful, but a hotel may be more appropriate for these kinds of stays. Moreover, many of our travelers like the ability to have a full apartment due to the nature of their stay or the length, and thus using this allows us this added flexibility in finding accommodations with this.
I recently used it to book a complex 2-week European trip for a group of executives. With different people flying in and out at different times, hotels in 4 different cities, car rentals, and local flights to coordinate, it would have been a nightmare to organize manually. The user interface is very user friendly. It makes it easy to filter through the different options it has to offer based on price, location, and the scenery you as the customer would most prefer. This is an extremely helpful feature when there are so many choices to choose from
Airbnb for Work is very useful for any city. Our practicality of staying where we want is excellent, it really helps us a lot and I'm sure it has already "saved" several people who made last minute reservations, just like me hahaha. We have other platforms that can also help us, but we have a certain preference for Airbnb.
RateHawk is much more user friendly. Because of Vinet America’s Customization options to tailor the platform to a specific agency’s needs, the process could require an agency to have their own IT staff to complete this process, which could leave smaller agencies at a loss with their services.
It has helped our organization to save costs since one place can accommodate many co-workers rather than booking rooms for only two people where the team travels in a group.
