Overall Satisfaction with RateHawk

As a travel agent, I've been using Ratehawk for over 2 years to handle travel bookings and paperwork for my corporate clients. It saves everyone huge headaches - I don't have to coordinate logistics across airlines, hotels etc, and my clients skip tedious admin and reservations. The whole process is way smoother, freeing us all up to focus on closing deals instead of travel admin.

Pros

It has a very intuitive and easy-to-navigate interface for the most common and important functions like searching, booking and managing travel. The dashboard also summarizes all upcoming and past trips very conveniently at a high level. This makes checking status and details very easy compared to digging through emails and spreadsheets.
RateHawk is much more user friendly. Because of Vinet America’s Customization options to tailor the platform to a specific agency’s needs, the process could require an agency to have their own IT staff to complete this process, which could leave smaller agencies at a loss with their services.

I recently used it to book a complex 2-week European trip for a group of executives. With different people flying in and out at different times, hotels in 4 different cities, car rentals, and local flights to coordinate, it would have been a nightmare to organize manually. But Ratehawk handled the end-to-end reservations and paperwork flawlessly.
