To overcome this they do provide good customer support where we can call them to clear our concerns. It is not suitable for small business people where the cost is high inside many can't afford their plans.

They also have an MFA facility to stop unauthorized persons [from] accessing the data. They also provide a 30-day basic plan to experience their facility which can be useful to know the features and facility of that product.
