Likelihood to Recommend	BPMCapital No answers on this topic	Altera Digital Health 10 years ago the product was a good product, owned by McKesson and built on newer code. Over the years it has failed to keep up with the rapidly changing healthcare changes and struggled to fix those problems it created with new code. Alternatives Considered	BPMCapital No answers on this topic	Altera Digital Health We have recently moved to Epic as our EMR. Paragon isn't as user-friendly nor does it keep up with HealthCare standards. Paragon upgrades were very long and caused downtime, while Epic upgrades are a lot faster.
