I have used Guru. They are different since one is a CRM and the other is a knowledge base. Guru definitely has a lot of good features for finding good information, but it doesn't have the CRM features of Follow Up Boss, like calling, chatting, emailing, and classifying customers.

Agent are not always super tech savy. They need a platform that is most importantly user friendly or they will not use it
