Apollo ILS (Integrated Library System) vs. Polaris ILS

It is relevant for sales oriented companies looking for contact details of prospects or potential buyers in their specific industry. The scope of Apollo’s data is very wide which enables the user to source huge data. They also provide export of data based on user’s requirement. The best party they are very affordable.

Appropriate for public libraries but I don’t think a small school library would need it

• In my opinion, poor customer service

It is user friendly to a degree but, in my experience, a lot you have to use online resources to figure out

Lusha is LinkedIn plugin and provide one contact at a time and is very expensive for a small company. They only have one advantage over Apollo is direct phone numbers of the prospects.

I think Polaris ILS is more suited for larger libraries; in my opinion, Destiny is simple enough for a small school library.
