Eptura Engage (formerly Condeco) is a suite of workspace management and booking systems, featuring a Meeting Room Booking app, supplying control over room availability, digital signage and screens, global location management, meeting reminders and email integration (e.g. Outlook), visitor adding and management, recurrent meetings, and other features. It also supports workspace planning with software, and a desk booking app.
Igloo is a well-suited option for teams/companies that want to build an employee intranet with some other interesting features, like file storage and sharing, internal communications, and resource and knowledge management. All of these features may help your workers increase productivity significantly by centralizing everything in one robust and reliable platform. However, it can be less appropriate if costs are a problem for you, due to the pricing. So, if you will not be using several features and just want an intranet for you company, you may want to go with another solution.

As opposed to other systems, Condeco Meeting Room Booking us good when making changes to an existing meeting.
Its ability to end a meeting earlier and just use the room panel to clear the appointment is a welcome addition, and the panels were a breeze to set up, which is also a bonus.

One can book the meeting room on the fly and it will be shown on the Condeco panel. further it will be started or else it will be dropped from the meeting room as well as from Outlook. This ensures proper resource utilization.
Meetings can be created from the panel as well, so there's no need to go to the workplace and book a meeting, which saves time.
Condeco Enterprise manages both events as well as visitors, which have audit features as well which ensures data integrity as it handles payments and costs.

Their UI is not used-friendly. Their use of Igloo-specific terminology made it difficult to understand how each function of the site worked. They would repeatedly say, for example, "a ___ is really a ___" vs. just calling it what the function actually is.
Implementation was a far cry from their sales support. After basically nickel-and-diming you for everything, they - very poorly - cap your use of their implementation support team.
Overall, Igloo didn't work for our organization because they do multiple things decently vs a few things excellently. The experience with Igloo was unremarkable.

Condeco's system defaults to booking for the next day. I defaulted to same-day booking so that if I am in a hurry, I don't accidentally book it for the next day (it has happened before).

Product strong and user interface on screes look premium product and since I installed I'm not have any case issue more on this product, my colleague and Top management are happy on this product because it make easy to staff booking room and reduce complication booking room when they go to meeting room.

Easy to use, cost-effective, and benefit in organizational culture development and information sharing across various employees and from higher management. Great customer support and continuous development to make the software better for users. It allows better collaboration with a little bit of fun too and requires less resources to handle.

There are many meeting room booking products available in the market, such as Skedda, Calanderwiz, etc., and all are providing similar facilities as Condeco. However, the Condeco panels are a unique feature, which is installed outside of the meeting room. The Led screen shows the meeting timeline, with features of meeting booking and editing as well. Overall, it is one of the best product available in the market.

The implementation of Condeco helped to manage office space and limit the number of employees during Covid, so the ROI is worth it.
Easy to use and user-friendly interface helped employees to be independent of the HR support team in a way where all the parameters and configuration are done within the Condeco software.
